2019 marked a major milestone for Mueller. In honor of Mueller’s first 15 years, we are highlighting 15 things you may not know about Mueller:

There are currently seven public parks for families to explore at Mueller, totaling nearly 100 acres.
All of Mueller’s new streets are named after a person who is famous for doing something special Central Texas.
Mueller currently has 40 restaurants and eateries.
The tree in the roundabout at Aldrich St. and Mueller Blvd. boasts 15,000+ lights.
There are free lending libraries all around the neighborhood, including the largest one in Branch Park, for passersby to share reads.
The Browning Hangar, where the farmers’ market operates each Sunday, is an original airport hangar, which was originally built in 1943.
The sunflower sculptures along I-35, one of Austin’s largest public art projects, are comprised of real energy-producing solar panels.
Mueller’s H-E-B is the most sustainable of all the grocery chain’s locations.
Mueller has one of the largest collections of electric cars and residential rooftop solar panels in the U.S. 
Mueller has built nearly six miles of trails to date, not counting the sidewalks that line every street.
Among the eight current multifamily communities in Mueller, all of them have between 10% and 100% apartment units dedicated to income-qualifying families.
There are nearly 30 pieces of public art located all over Mueller.
